Julicher Estate Rose 2017

Viticulture: This rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from our vineyard.

Winemaking: 100% hand-harvested Abel clone Pinot Noir received a cool fermentation in both in both oak and stainless steel. Filtered but un-fined prior to bottling to maintain maximum flavour.

Tasting Note: Strawberries, raspberries and summer floral notes on the nose, with ripe berry and citrus flavours on the palate. Vibrant, juicy, more-ish.
