Julicher Estate Riesling 2016
Viticulture - This wine is made from the Riesling grapes hand harvested from our estate vineyard in Te Muna Road, Martinborough.
Winemaking - The grapes were whole-bunch pressed with short skin contact. The juice was settled over night and then racked to old French barrels for fermentation with native yeasts and lees contact. No malolactic fermentation. Unned and sterile ltered before bottling.
Colour - Pale straw.
Aroma - Perfumed and floral with aromas of blossoms, lime, lemon and nectarines.
Palate - Fresh, textured and dry-style Riesling with avours of grapefruit, and stone fruit.

Wine Analysis - Alc. 12.2% - pH 3.00 - TA 8.6 g/L - Residual sugar 7.2 g/L
