Julicher Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Viticulture: This wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes hand harvested from our estate vineyard in Te Muna Road, Martinborough.

Winemaking: Grapes were whole-bunch pressed with and the juice was then fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve a fresh and the natural vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc. A small ammount was fermented in old French barrels with native yeasts to proivide extra complexity. Unfined and sterile filtered before bottling.

Tasting Note: Vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lime, mango give way to complex flavours on the palate. Ripe passionfruit, sweet grapefruit and mounth-watering acidity ion a smooth and suculent palate.
